I have remembered so vividly Mrs. Delaney in her speech/drama class from 1972-1975. The best ever, taught me so much; How to be my true me, open up in parts I never thought I could express out loud & the courage to give it a try. I think of you very often, oh the best drama speech teacher! Regret not seeing you after I graduated Murphy High. Those years on the Murphy stage & multiple award trips we all attended during those precious years for us all involved.
To you, Mrs. Lois Jean Delaney, we all who were privileged enough to perform across your stage give you a standing ovation for all you did for others with such delight in your eyes & sent us soaring with head up, chin up, wise brain & a fantastic smile. Love & deep appreciation, Darlene
