Free Arts Education Workshop | April 13th

Are you interested in teaching visual or performance arts classes through Mobile Arts Council’s partnership with Amp Up Arts? Are you an artist wanting to sharpen your teaching skills and liven up your lesson plans? Join us for a FREE workshop at the Community Foundation of South Alabama, April 13th, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

The first portion of the workshop will focus on academic standards and teaching artist residencies. The second portion of the day will be filled with lesson planning tips and activities to shake up your portfolio and get your creativity flowing. The day will be led by Ashley Lucier, Executive Director of Amp Up Arts, Kaitlyn Amanor, Coordinator of Art Education at Mobile Museum of Art, and the staff of Mobile Arts Council.
