The USA Percussion Ensemble will present their Fall Concert on Monday, November 4 at 7:30 p.m. in the Laidlaw Performing Arts Center Recital Hall. The award-winning ensemble provides students with the opportunity to perform and become familiar with the ever-growing volume of contemporary percussion ensemble literature. This concert will feature solo and ensemble works for many different combinations of pitched and unpitched percussion instruments. The concert will also feature the Jaguar Drumline outside by the fountain to end the evening of percussion music. The ensemble is directed by Dr. Luis Rivera, Director of Percussion Studies, and Associate Director Matthew Greenwood.
Tickets for this Musical Arts Series event will be sold at the door only. Admission is $8 general and $5 for USA faculty & staff, USA students, youths under 18 and all senior citizens (cash or check only). Musical Arts Series season passes will of course be honored for admission to this event.
