Steve Judice is a natural-born storyteller from Louisiana with five full-length albums of original songs to his credit. He has toured extensively throughout the south and has had the honor of sharing stages with songwriting legends including Guy Clark, Billy Joe Shaver, and Rodney Crowell.

Recently retired from the practice of law, Steve refers to himself as a “recovering attorney.” His life’s experiences as a courtroom attorney and a touring songwriter have taught him empathy, and have provided him with unique insights into the human condition which he relates in song.

In any given performance, he has the ability to take his listeners through a broad range of feelings by introducing relatable characters whose stories can move you to tears or fill you with laughter.

He is a co-founder of an annual songwriters’ retreat which typically draws fifty or more writers from around the region. For his efforts in promoting the craft, he has been recognized by his home state as one of six “Louisiana Tradition Bearers” for 2021.
