THE MARRYING OF TWO WORLDS

 

artist statement

Throughout history, technology has offered new tools of expression as artists increasingly push the limits of art by looking beyond what is considered “traditional”, turning technology into a fundamental force in the development and evolution of their work.

Born with an inquisitive mind, he has always looked at things from a different angle. By combining classical sculpture with technology, the artist has defined new paradigms of expression providing his work with powerful meaning.

As a passionate writer and with the aid of a wood laser cut letters, he is able to transform his sculptures, so they become more vivid and eye-catching resonating with the viewer; proving that classical art and modern technology are not mutually exclusive, but complementary.

“My body is the happy keeper of a brain that never sleeps; a brain that feeds on new projects and ideas; the brain of a grown little boy who finds constant joy in everything he does. No matter how the day ends I always wake up happy, eager to tackle what life puts in my way.”
