This summer art class for ages 8–12 inspires young artists to build their skills and creativity through engaging, hands-on projects in drawing, painting, and mixed media. Led by instructor Terri Baker, students will explore artistic techniques, experiment with color and texture, and express their imagination in a fun, supportive environment while creating unique artwork to take home.
Limited to 10 students. If your child can’t attend after registering, please let them know so they can reopen the spot. Age groups are flexible—text with any questions at (251) 207-3101.
NOTE: These classes are only open to children living in SMCAC’s nonprofit service area: Dauphin Island, Bayou La Batre, Coden, Theodore, Grand Bay, Irvington, St. Elmo.
