The Playhouse in the Park is proud to announce the 60th anniversary of our youth community theater. The theater has produced year-round productions in the same building located in Langan Park since Easter Sunday of 1961. Our directors, Danny and Pamela Mollise, have served at the helm of this organization for over 30 years – consistently operating in the black, reaching thousands of patrons a year, and earning a reputation for outstanding production values. Additionally, the Playhouse has always offered a wide variety of arts-related classes and activities.
The Playhouse will hold an anniversary fundraiser event featuring entertainment, wine, and hors d’oeuvres, as well as a silent auction. Admission is free, donations accepted. For more information please call 251-422-5434.
