What better way to celebrate Earth Day than to support an active and local environmental organization through the arts? The juried exhibition “Naturally Inspired” will hold its opening reception April 21, 2018 from 6-9pm. This event is FREE to attend and will feature the work of talented artists from the area. The art work will be inspired by our natural environment and a portion of art sales will benefit Mobile Baykeeper. Mobile Baykeeper serves as an environmental watchdog for Mobile bay and coastal Alabama to ensure clean water, air, and healthy communities. The event will also highlight local, award winning author Lee Ann Ward who will be available for book sales and signings. We anticipate further collaboration with local, environmentally conscious entities so make sure to check the event frequently! So come join us in support of the arts and our environment this Earth Day. To make it even more special, we’ll throw in free hors d’ oeuvres and refreshments!
