Monie Broadus was born in Mobile and attended and graduated from local schools. She’s an alumna of Williamson High School and the University of South Alabama where she received a bachelor’s degree in sociology. Monie is a wife and mother who resides with her family in Washington D.C. area. She is a minister of the gospel and a member of Empowered Ministries, Inc. in Landover, Maryland, a non-denominational healing and deliverance ministry. She is the author of several books including her latest, Revenge of a Prayer Warrior. Books will be for sale and a book signing and light refreshments will follow the presentation.
