The Jazz Studio, a program of the Mobile Big Band Society, Inc., proudly presents its third annual musical tribute, “Destination Jazz.” Enjoy a special performance of The New Orleans Heritage School of Music. The Heritage School of Music, under the direction of Mr. Derek Douget, provides free, weekly after-school instruction to teen-agers from throughout the New Orleans region. General admission is $20 for adults and $10 for students (12 and Under). Tickets can be purchased at the door. The event is in partnership with the Mobile Public Library and is a fundraiser with proceeds benefiting the ongoing music education programs of The Jazz Studio.
