Mobile Museum of Art: STREAM with Mobile City Parks & Recreation, Creepy Crawlies

Mobile Museum of Art is proud to partner with Mobile Parks and Recreation Department with their STREAM program, their unique take on the STEM Mobile program, many of you have come to love, but featuring elements of Recreation and Art!

This session will take place at Mobile Museum of Art, featuring the Fantastical Forest exhibition. Participants must register through the Mobile Parks & Recreation website. They are debuting their partnership on Saturday, May 16, at Mobile Museum of Art and focusing on the theme of Creepy Crawlies: Bugs and Insects!

Participants in grades K-8 are invited to: Learn more about our local environment through tours of MMoA’s Fantastical Forest and create their own Creepy Crawly Insect-inspired artwork. Guests can take tours of their newest exhibition, Aminah Robinson: Journey’s Home, A Visual Memoir, and participate in a variety of STEM activities hosted by Mobile City Parks & Rec in the Education and Auditorium spaces.
