Classes are on Fridays from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM
A class designed to practice how you might strategically reconsider your botanical artwork and create a new sense of original thinking and design. One that offers you an opportunity to highlight your botanical drawing and painting in a way that you have probably never considered.
Time will be given to the study of historical examples of botanical artists who have successfully followed a more strategic direction in executing their work – botanical artists whose work was certainly very good but because of their selection of subject matter their work was seen as truly great, allowing them to make a lasting mark on the history of botanical art, science and horticulture.
In following a more strategic direction in your work you offer yourself a unique opportunity to create a significant historical footnote to history. One that can make a statement at the local, regional and international level.
