This immersive two-hour class, “The Art of the Chakras,” is led by Charlotte, who teaches the concepts of the seven energy centers using the chakra-inspired African artwork in Apollo’s Gallery as a powerful visual aid.
Students will experience a fully holistic approach: learning through the art, engaging their bodies with yoga poses led by Yolanda, and balancing the energy with targeted sound bowl healing from India. This unique partnership ensures participants see, hear, and feel the harmonization of their chakras, leading to deeper well-being.
