Join us for an evening of art and gratitude! In these 2 hours you’ll be provided with your very own journal and be lead through a creative, meditative journey!
When you combine art journaling with an attitude of grattitude, you’re sure to achieve or maintain optimal physical and mental health. In fact, several scientific studies have found significant links between gratitude and well-being….especially in relation to depression reduction and prevention.
