Turn your memories into art by learning how to write a memoir.
The aim of this three-lesson course will be for you to write a full essay or chapter over the course of three weeks. In this class you’ll learn the different types and styles of memoir, how to use sensory elements as well as plot, theme and structure to write your personal narrative, and the legalities and “rules” of memoir. By the end of the program, you’ll have a strong start to writing your legacy.
Each week, you’ll read one another’s pieces and discuss them. You’ll get helpful feedback that will help you continue writing your essay or chapter.
