Come meet civil rights attorney and author, Julian McPhillips as he explores the history of the French Communist Party and its integral role in the French Resistance during World War II. Julian McPhillips’ latest work, From Vacillation to Resolve, explores a very unique, pivotal moment in history during World War II. France and most of Europe were occupied by Nazi Germany, thus such groups as the French Resistance and Communist Party had to band together in a struggle for the liberation of their country.
