Enjoy outstanding Alabama Gulf seafood cuisine in the classic mid-century modern setting of the Isle Dauphine Club.
This year’s event showcases the best of local seafood traditions with a nostalgic evening celebrating the coastal chic of the Isle Dauphine Club in its heyday.
Chef Philip Patronas is planning an elegant four course sit-down dinner with these delicious selections:
Appetizers
▪️Spinach dip with Conecuh sausage and lump crab meat
▪️Mushrooms with crab and bacon stuffing
▪️Southern wontons with shrimp and turnip greens
Salads
▪️Classic Caesar salad
▪️Spring salad with nuts, fruit and seasonal vinaigrette
Entrees
▪️Oysters Bienville
▪️Pan-seared flounder with cream sauce
▪️Shrimp Isle Dauphine – skewered and grilled with house Malbec sauce
▪️Roasted chicken breast with mushroom stuffing
A selection of side dishes will also be available
Desserts
▪️Muscadine satsuma cheesecake
▪️Chocolate strawberry torte

Silent Auction of local art donated by
Dauphin Island Gallery Artists.
Live streaming TV will also be available on level one for your entertainment.
