Gulf Seafood Gala

Enjoy outstanding Alabama Gulf seafood cuisine in the classic mid-century modern setting of the Isle Dauphine Club.

This year’s event showcases the best of local seafood traditions with a nostalgic evening celebrating the coastal chic of the Isle Dauphine Club in its heyday.

Chef Philip Patronas is planning an elegant four course sit-down dinner with these delicious selections:

Appetizers
Spinach dip with Conecuh sausage and lump crab meat
Mushrooms with crab and bacon stuffing
Southern wontons with shrimp and turnip greens

Salads
Classic Caesar salad
Spring salad with nuts, fruit and seasonal vinaigrette

Entrees
Oysters Bienville
Pan-seared flounder with cream sauce
Shrimp Isle Dauphine – skewered and grilled with house Malbec sauce
Roasted chicken breast with mushroom stuffing

A selection of side dishes will also be available

Desserts
Muscadine satsuma cheesecake
Chocolate strawberry torte

Beverages
Your choice of non-alcoholic beverages
Full cash bar with selected wines
and mixed drinks
All beverages served at tables

Silent Auction of local art donated by
Dauphin Island Gallery Artists.

Live streaming TV will also be available on level one for your entertainment.
