Escape the chill of winter and settle into the warmth of the Gulf Coast while exploring the wonders of the world on the giant screen! From November 10, 2024, through January 17, 2025, the Exploreum Science Center invites winter visitors and locals alike to enjoy the Winter Series Special in their state-of-the-art PCI Digital Dome Theater.
For only $55 you can see every movie on the list below, including regularly scheduled mission films, as well as visit all galleries. Come as often as you’d like – once, twice, or every day if you want! The $55 pass is good for the duration of the special and will go on sale starting November 10th. This is a single person pass and not to be included with any other special events, discounts, etc. For multiple people, you will need to purchase a pass for each person. (You can still come in and just see a single film without buying a pass as well.)
This special film series will feature a rotating lineup of breathtaking documentary films, highlighting extraordinary stories of history, science, and nature. Titles include D-Day: Normandy 1944, Dinosaurs of Antarctica, Hidden Pacific, Cuba, Great Bear Rainforest, and Wonders of the Arctic. Each film offers a unique journey– from the icy depths of the Antarctic to the lush forests of the Pacific Northwest and the historic beaches of Normandy. Alongside these rotating films, visitors can also enjoy our two ongoing favorites, Tiny Giants and T-Rex.
Whether you’re here for a few weeks or all season long, you can see one or see them all with their Film Series Pass, designed for flexibility and value.
