Acrylic paint offers the artist many options of using varied materials and all the while remaining archival. Join artist Robin Popp as she lends her experience in building up a layered background with found papers, objects and textures, then incorporate a landscape painting on this interesting surface.. Many times these paintings can tell stories with words and images peeking out under the painting. So much fun and so many possibilities! All levels are welcome. Drawing/Painting experience is helpful. Robin will bring lots of fun ephemera for students to use as well as acrylic mediums to explore.
For the Acrylic Landscape class, students should bring several reference photos of their choice. All other supplies are included.
