G Khalsa is a mixed-media and ceramic artist from Mobile AL.

Found objects, thrift store treasures, whimsy, and insight are all components of his mixed-media style. His unique assemblages borrow from both Eastern and Western traditions, with skulls representing life’s impermanence on one level and transcendence of spirit on another. Reviewers have referred to these award winning pieces as “folk art with an edge” and simply “fantastic.”
Khalsa’s ceramic style draws from traditional forms and rustic sensibilities, while maintaining the edginess for which he is known. His clay art, like his mixed-media work, is distinctive and admired.

His pieces have been featured in Los Angeles at the Cactus Gallery and the Folk Tree, and locally at the Kangal Gallery (Mobile), the Eastern Shore Art Center (Fairhope), and the Quayside Gallery (Pensacola).
