The Eastern Shore Art Center is hosting the United States Sports Academy 2019 Sports Artist of the Year at First Friday Art Walk (August 2nd).
Steve Lester “Spirit of a Champion”. Atlanta based painter recently named 2019 Sports Artist of the Year by the United States Sports Academy. Paintings depict loose and vibrant strokes of each athlete’s movement. Lester will also be featured in a Gallery Talk August 3rd at 11am. Free admission and refreshments provided.
Exhibits opening at Art Walk also include new works from Vanda McCormick, Susan Fitzsimmons, and Martha Hopkins.
