Mondays and your mental health. Do you often find yourself dreading the turn of the week and starting a new work week all over again? What if you had something to look forward to that would not only help you brush off the stress and worry of the day or week but would leave you encouraged, uplifted and empowered?
Coastal Makers invites you to the studio for a free art class during their Mental Health Mondays. You will experiment with different art mediums and styles. And do you want to know the best part of all? You do NOT have to have any prior experience. Is it ok if you do? Of course! They welcome all ages and abilities in our studio. The most important thing for them, is that our community is creating.
