Join us on Friday, March 15, 6:30 – 8:30 pm, for the first in a series of fun and exciting classes we call Coastal Cookin’ (including a bit of “cuisine” heritage education), with Teresa Ridgeway, owner of Dinner’s Ready! $35 per person (in advance) and you get to eat the food you cook. But “FIRST – YOU MAKE A ROUX!!”. All proceeds benefit DIHAC programs.
