Horton the elephant struggles to protect the unseen, infinitesimal creatures of Who-Ville, who live on a speck of dust, but he meets with the derision of other animals who think he’s gone mad and threaten to destroy the speck of dust; However, Horton persuades the tiny creatures to save themselves by making as much noise as possible so that they can be heard and thereby prove their existence to the other animals.
