Music on the program

Dr. Bohnet’s flute recital will begin with the Bach Sonata in b minor, BWV 1030, which is often considered the most significant of the seven sonatas attributed to Bach for the flute. The right hand of the keyboard part, which is totally written out, acts as another treble voice, basically transforming this work into a magnificent trio sonata.
