This workshop will focus on basic journalism skills you need in order to tell stories about your community.
This overview, including resources to take home, will be taught by Auburn University Associate Professor Nan Fairley and is an ideal starting point for moving your great ideas to great stories.
Using journalism’s famous 5 Ws & H that all news stories should include, here are the workshop details:

When: Friday, Aug. 28, from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
What: Bring your great ideas for stories and questions.
Why: You can use these tools to start writing important stories that need to be told.
