The 37th Annual Mobile Arc Mardi Gras parade will be Thursday, February 28 at 1 pm. The parade will include over 20 floats carrying the Mobile Arc royal courts and participants from other local organizations. The theme is “Holidays.”
WKRG News 5 Anchors Mel Showers and Rose Ann Haven will once again lead the parade. WPMI NBC 15’s Darwin Singleton will return as our “Reveling Cavalier.” Murphy High School Band will kick off the parade and UMS-Wright band will march as well. Kraken Catering and Yellowhammer Coffee will also join us this year!
Mobile Arc has been providing for the needs of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in our community for over 60 years. The annual Mardi Gras parade gives the people we serve an opportunity to celebrate Mardi Gras along with the Mobile community.
