Mobile Museum of Art: Back to School Family Day

Kick the end-of-summer blues at Mobile Museum of Art’s Back-to-School Family Day! Thanks to their sponsors at Spire, MMoA is hosting a free backpack giveaway for students in kindergarten and up, providing essential supplies to help everyone start the school year strong.

The rest of the morning is packed with creative fun, from hands-on family art classes and face painting to an Elements of Art Scavenger Hunt. You can also visit the Mobile Public Library Bookmobile in the circle drive or join in for a guided Stroller Tour through the Handle with Care and Aminah Robinson exhibitions. With recurring Story Time LIVE! performances and gallery activities throughout the event, there’s plenty to keep the whole family inspired.
