Cultural Connection: A Collaboration with Strickland Youth Center

Over the summer, youth at the James T. Strickland Youth Center had an opportunity to express themselves creatively and make a positive impact on the community through “Cultural Connection.”

This project is part of an ongoing collaboration between Strickland and the Mobile Arts Council to transform lives through the arts. “Cultural Connection” features murals and a documentary produced by young leaders of Mobile County under the leadership of Devin Ford Photography and award-winning local artist Soynika Edwards-Bush.
