Mobile Arts Council offers three categories of membership, renewable annually between June 1 and August 31 with the submission of a completed application and payment of dues:
Member Organization: a nonprofit organization with the creation, presentation or support of the arts as its primary mission. Dues: $50.
Associate Organization: any organization (profit and nonprofit) that shares MAC's goals but does not have as its primary mission the creation, presentation or support of the arts. Dues: $25.
Artist: an individual (professional or amateur) involved in the creation of art (e.g. dance, film, literature, music, theatre, visual art). Dues: $25.

…as an Associate Organization:
--a listing with a link to your website on the MAC website
--listings of your arts-related events and announcements on the MAC website
--listings of your arts-related events and announcements in ArtStart, MAC’s weekday e-message
--opportunities to showcase your organization and its members (e.g. with displays in the MAC office galleries)
--a chance to network with other members (e.g. at regular member meetings)
--information on funding, conferences, workshops
--the opportunity to apply for project support
In addition, MAC is available for consultation as needed and advocates on behalf of all art forms at the local, state, regional and national levels.
…as a Member Organization:
In addition to all of the benefits Associate Organizations receive
--promotion at community events (e.g. Mobile Area Chamber of Commerce Business Expo, Educators Night Out)
--support services, including use of MAC bulk mailing permit and use of meeting areas
--a discount for inclusion in MAC’s annual educational resources directory
--the opportunity to apply for operational support
--discounts to a range of educational opportunities (e.g. lectures, workshops)
…as an Artist:
--an entry in MAC’s online artist directory
--listings of your events and announcements on the MAC website
--listings of your events and announcement in ArtStart, MAC’s weekday e-message
--opportunities to showcase your work (e.g. in our galleries)
--a chance to network with other members (e.g. regular member meetings)
