In this 7 hour workshop “Fine Art Photography and Marketing for Artists,” acclaimed Atlanta-based artist and photographer Thomas Dodd will teach and demonstrate many methods that will make your photos look like paintings as well as show you techniques you can use during principal photography to achieve the painterly look as well. Thomas will also spend a large portion of the day discussing the business side of being a fine artist – including how to get gallery shows, how to cultivate a collector base, how to achieve a social media fan base, and how to manage and maintain multiple income streams. This workshop should be of interest to both photographers and artists who want to learn the business/marketing side of the art world, as well as photographers who want to use painterly effects in their work. Thomas will be exhibiting his work here at ESAC, September 1-30, 2017. For more: http://www.thomasdodd.com/ $125 ($100 for ESAC Members!)
