Each two-week camp ends with a full-length play. All campers have lines, costumes, get to help with set painting, play games, and learn about acting and singing!
Not only do we prepare for the show but we have fun playing water games, doing crazy hair day, learning about acting, and painting sets!

Our own Hula expert Ashley Chewning will be teaching our 1st Island Kid Camp. Students will enjoy technique, choreography and costume making in the arts of Traditional Hawaiian Hula and Traditional Tahitian.

Pick what you want to paint. BYOB. Art supplies and instruction provided. Advance reservations recommended. Two painters, two 16×20″ canvases, $30 (approximately 3 hours), or two 11×14″ canvases for $25 (approximately 2 hours).

Art Blast Summer Art Camp registration is now open! With classes for 4-7 year olds, 8-11 year olds and 12 and up, there is truly something for everyone in the wide variety of art offered throughout the summer. Ceramics, painting, and drawing in all styles inspire students to energize their creativity, while learning about elements of art and art history. The camp will run from June 12th through July 28th.

This month, MAC will feature "Inner Transcendence," a new watercolor series by Lisa Hancock, in the Danielle Juzan Gallery; automotive photography by Kathleen Cope in the Skinny Gallery; and animal paintings and prints by Eliza Coral in the Small Room. Meet the artists during ArtWalk on Friday, July 14 (6 - 9 PM). Exhibition open weekdays from 9 AM - 5 PM throughout July.

The Baldwin County "Superior Rated" Full Orchestra is now accepting auditions for all instruments for the fall season. Contact the organization by email to schedule an audition time.

The program is a dynamic, 10-day learning experience, focusing on the history and fundamentals of Jazz. Jazz Camp classes focus on music appreciation of legendary jazz giants, noting the uniqueness of their interpretations of the genre, individual instruction on the structure of improvisational style and the important role each instrument plays in carrying out an authentic jazz sound. Students are also taught the fundamentals of self-discipline, responsibility and commitment to practice. The educational experiences our students receive instill the core values of confidence, leadership and teamwork, and good citizenship.
