Hop on down to Bellingrath for a morning of Easter fun with our annual Easter Egg Hunts! Thousands of Easter eggs will be scattered across the Great Lawn for children to collect, and there will be plenty of candy and treats for little ones to fill their Easter baskets. There will be three hunts for different age groups. After the egg hunts, families are encouraged to enjoy other Easter activities within the Gardens.Children ages 4 and younger are always admitted free. For details, visit www.bellingrath.org.

Are you for our egg-ceptional annual family event?! Thats right, its time for the Great Easter Egg Hunt. Each year gets bigger and better and this year is no exception! We will be hiding an incredible 10,000 eggs filled with lots of fun prizes for everyone! (*Sunny Bunny Easter Eggs has once again done a great job on prepping these for us. The drop off date is Saturday, April 1st after 2, or any time after that. Please bring your own medium or large clips to hold up your work. The show will be up through the last week of April. The reception is scheduled for Thursday afternoon, April 27th, and the work should be taken down at that time.

O-Hanami is Japan began in ancient times when many viewers would sit under the cherry trees and gain inspiration from the light filtering through the wide variety of pink and white petals.
*Proceeds from your donation for demonstrations and market will be used for upkeep of the garden and for student exchange.

Join us for activities for all ages! Families are invited to make their own Easter Baskets in the Storytime Room and then join us for an Easter Egg Hunt throughout the Library. Children 12 years and up are encouraged to participate in Tech Time in the Mayker Lab. The Mayker Lab is on the second floor of the Library. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

SouthSounds Music and Arts Festival will be taking place in Downtown Mobile. This year Mobile Arts Council will be coordinating an arts and crafts market component that will take place on Saturday April 8, 2017 through Sunday April 9, 2017. Timeframe: 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Location: Cathedral Square, Downtown Mobile. Vendors are responsible for providing their own 10x10 tent, table and chairs.
