Artist Statement:
I am a retired art educator of 30 years experience, and I love the variety of art expressions that I was privileged to teach. I am always eager to try new methods and media. Working in painting, photography and a number of crafts, as well as some teaching, keeps me busy and involved.
Description of Work:
I enjoy painting in a number of media, including sumi-e (Asian ink painting), watercolor, acrylic and collage. The technology of photography is challenging and exciting. My art background is very helpful in capturing desired images. My crafting interests include handmade books and jewelry making.
